18 Easy Weeknight Paleo Dinners That Everyone Will Love

Unless you've been hiding under a rock, you've most likely heard of the Paleo diet. This diet is spreading like wildfire and doesn't look like it'll be fading away anytime soon.

Just in case you don't have a handle on the concept of the Paleo diet here's the crux of it. The Paleo diet takes us back to our roots…way, way back in fact, all the way back to when we were simple cavemen. The Paleo approach emphasizes returning to a more ancestral approach to eating – think hunting and gathering. Forget our heavily processed modern food, the Paleo diet focuses on whole, nutrient dense and highly nourishing food including meat, fish, eggs, and veggies. Fruit, nuts, and seeds are also accepted when consumed in moderation.

So are you tempted to get your “caveman” on yet? Check out this amazing round up of easy weeknight Paleo dinners that everyone will enjoy!
