My love of affiliate marketing is well documented. That’s because affiliate programs are such a great way for bloggers to earn an income doing something that they love.
Of course, there are so many affiliate programs out there. So, how do you choose which programs are right for your business?
The first step is to choose programs that align with your business. It wouldn’t make sense to promote yoga products on a personal finance website. Right?
But, to make things easier, I’ve chosen 9 Of The Best Affiliate Programs Every Blogger Should Join.
These are my top favorite affiliate programs that I use—and that I think every blogger can benefit from.
ClickFunnels
ClickFunnels’ affiliate program could not be easier to sign up for. If you’re a ClickFunnels user, you’re automatically given an affiliate account. If not, you just sign up like any general log in.
They have an affiliate tab to keep all of your data and info organized.
The reason I love promoting ClickFunnels is because I use it in my business every day and I love it. It’s the most user-friendly program I know of that helps you build entire sales funnels.
An awesome thing about the ClickFunnels program is that they don’t just offer you commission on accounts sold via your links. They also offer small bonus commissions on anyone who purchases an account through one of your sold accounts.
So, if Bob buys an account through my affiliate link, and then Kate buys an account through Bob’s, I still get a bonus commission. These sales are considered to be “Legacy Sales.”

BlueHost is a great web host provider with an even better affiliate program. It’s free to sign up for the program and they offer personal support from affiliate managers.
One of the top reasons I love BlueHost is because it has no cap on affiliate earnings. You could have 100 people or 1,000 people sign up—they never cap your earnings. Plus, the commission is pretty high.
It’s really easy to promote as well because you just promote links on your site and in your posts. They also offer custom banners that you can use.
Commission: $65 for every person who signs up via your link and uses BlueHost for at least 90 days
Minimum Payout: $100.00 (just for the first payout, then no minimum thereafter)

This is one of our affiliate programs and it’s a perfect one if you have followers in the craft niche.

There are affiliate programs and then there are affiliate networks. Share-A-Sale is the latter. That means it’s a host for a conglomerate of brands and businesses that offer affiliate programs.
Share-A-Sale offers partnerships that pay-per-click, pay-per-lead, and pay-per-sale so you can choose the programs that most appeal to you.
Signing up for Share-A-Sale gives you exposure to all of the brands and programs in their network which is why it’s a great choice, especially for beginners.

VigLink
The awesome thing about VigLink is that you really only have to put in minimum effort to make money from it. It’s a WordPress plugin that works alongside your blog to monetize regular links.
What does that mean?
It means that if I link a regular product off of the web, and Viglink happens to have a partnership with the product’s company, they will automatically generate an affiliate link.
It monetizes the regular link you’ve already used as long as that company is in VigLink’s network.
Something to keep in mind is that different companies in the network calculate commissions differently. Some pay cost-per-sale, others, cost-per-click, etc.
As long as the plug in is installed, you don’t even have to think about it.

The best part about Amazon Affiliates, and the reason most people mention, is that if a customer clicks on Amazon through your affiliate link, you earn commissions on anything they purchase within the next 24 hours.
That means not only do you earn commissions on the product you linked, but also on any other products purchased when Amazon is accessed through the link.
That’s a pretty sweet deal. Plus, Amazon runs bonus promotions where you can earn extra commissions.

Clickbank is another popular affiliate network. It differs from Share-A-Sale in the sense that once you join Clickbank you can generate links for any of the products listed in their network.
Sometimes with Share-A-Sale you still need to apply to certain brands or partnerships.
With Clickbank, you just need to choose a product to promote. Then, embed the affiliate link. They have tons of categories, so you’re sure to find something you’d like to promote.

Commission: Commission rates are set by individual vendors. This means you can only promote products with rates you’re comfortable with.
Minimum Payout: $100.00 is the default setting, but you can adjust it to as low as $10.00
