There’s no denying it.  My favorite meal is dessert.  There’s something so comforting, delicious, and satisfying about baking up something sweet.

I’m an avid baker which means I’m usually trying out a new recipe at least once a week.  But, I’m also a fan of clean eating and balanced health.  There are so many amazing healthy dessert recipes out there that will curb a craving without undoing your whole week.

Plus, I love the challenge of finding a healthy recipe that’s simple and doesn’t have a thousand steps.

I’m on the fence about whether or not to consider these to be a dessert. So, they aren’t traditional cookies, but they’re definitely a healthy snack that will curb your sweet tooth. Plus, they’re so cute! This recipes tops the apple cookies with nut butter, coconut and chocolate chips, but you can throw in anything you like for a custom treat.

It doesn’t get much easier than a 3 ingredient no bake dessert. These taste like, and are remarkably similar to, no bake cookies. Combine honey, peanut butter, and oats for a tasty, easy, and healthier dessert. This recipe uses Skippy peanut butter, but I’d recommend using a natural peanut butter to avoid the added sugar and ingredients in Skippy.

For something so simple, this shouldn’t be as good as it is. It’s simply bananas and cinnamon sugar. Kids love these and honestly, so do adults. It’s just delicious and coated in cinnamon goodness. Sub coconut sugar or another sweetener of choice. Just don’t skimp on that cinnamon!

If you say Oreos aren’t your favorite cookie then you’re a liar. We all love Oreos! And although Oreos are actually vegan, they aren’t exactly healthy. They’re super processed, albeit delicious, but that’s why this recipe is my go-to for when I’m craving cookies. The cookie portion is gluten free and 3 ingredients only. The fluffy cream in the middle is made with coconut milk. Do yourself a favor and make these ASAP.
