Get that metabolism up and roaring with this filling and nutritious breakfast smoothie.

It combines banana and peanut butter (yum!) with rolled oats for some extra fiber to keep you full.  It’s like peanut butter banana oatmeal but 5x better.

Raspberry Peach Smoothie

This smoothie is so bright and flavorful.  It tastes sweet, tart, and indulgent all in one.  Yet, it’s nutritious and makes a perfect snack to keep you on track.

The sweetness from the peaches and raspberries satisfies your sweet tooth while the greek yogurt provides a protein boost to perk you up during that 3 pm slump.

Apple Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

This tastes like a blast from the past.  Remember that good old PB + apple that you used to have as a snack?  This is the smoothie version of that.

This makes a great snack itself, or throw in a blender the morning for a light breakfast.  It includes a teaspoon of cinnamon to give it some warmth and spiced flavor.

Simple Strawberry Watermelon Smoothie

This is such a great hot weather smoothie. It’s hydrating, refreshing, and bursting with summer flavors.

It’s reminiscent of a virgin daiquiri, but it throws in chia seeds to fill you up and ginger to add a little punch of flavor to the sweetness of the fruit.

Pineapple Paradise Spinach Smoothie

Here’s another super yummy green smoothie to help you sneak in those veggies.

The pineapple adds so much natural sweetness that you won’t even taste the spinach.  Plus, this uses avocado to give this smoothie a rich creaminess and a dose of healthy fats.

Cafe Mocha Protein Shake

Finally…a smoothie with some java.  I love the flavor of coffee, so this is hands down my new favorite protein shake.

It tastes indulgent, but it’s packed with protein from 2 scoops of protein powder!

This recipe is super fast so it’s great for busy mornings and the protein will keep you full until lunch.  It’s just protein powder, coffee, almond milk, and ice.  Plus, you can use your favorite protein powder to customize.

The Anti-Bloat Smoothie

This smoothie is the ultimate refresher.  It contains ultra-hydrating ingredients like coconut water and cucumber to help hydrate, detoxify, and beat the bloat.

The majority of this smoothie’s volume is water based, so this is more of a snack smoothie than a meal.

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

A healthy smoothie with the familiar pumpkin pie flavor you know and love?

Yes, please!

This smoothie is amazing year round but is a great option to get in the spirit when Fall rolls around.  It uses real pumpkin puree, vanilla yogurt, and pumpkin pie spice to give you a creamy, decadent flavor without the guilt.

Easy Breezy Tropical Orange Smoothie

Who doesn’t love tropical vibes during the summer?  This smoothie is fruity, refreshing, and citrusy.

It combines orange and pineapple for bold flavor and adds in a banana for a creamy component that makes this tropical bliss.

It’s made with banana, cocoa powder, and coconut milk.  Oats are thrown in for some fiber along with some vanilla extract to deepen the flavor.  Yum!

Berry Green Smoothie

I’ve never met a recipe from Damn Delicious that hasn’t been absolutely amazing.

This smoothie is no different.  It’s just what the title indicates.  It’s berries mixed with spinach and bananas blended together for berry goodness.

The recipe calls for a tablespoon of sugar, but sub that out with maple syrup, ⅛ – ¼ teaspoon pure stevia, or another sweetener of your choice.

Peach Strawberry Smoothie

This smoothie is paleo, vegan, and sooo scrumptious.  It uses peaches, strawberries, bananas, and a little ginger to spice things up.

Boost your immune system with the ginger and get your daily vitamin C all in one go.

The Husband Protein Smoothie

You don’t need to be a husband nor have one to enjoy this protein filled smoothie.  This smoothie is a little more involved than your 4 ingredient smoothies, but it’s so worth it!

This smoothie has everything.  It has berries, greens, ginger, oats, hemp seeds, and almond butter.

You have your fruits, veggies, protein, fat, and fiber.  This is a perfect meal replacement that will keep you fueled and happy.  It has 20 grams of protein without any protein powder.

Orange Banana Smoothie

This smoothie tastes like a creamsicle!  But this one is guilt free.  Yogurt is used to make this smoothie creamy and the oranges and bananas lend that familiar flavor.
