Unfortunately, none of us are immune to stress, but successful people know just how to tackle overwhelming feelings when they start to creep in. Instead of fighting against the stress, be present. Instead of letting “I can’t do it” thoughts conquer, show a little self love and be mindful of what your body and mind need. A little mindfulness can go a long way.
