This new crochet market bag is made using the cluster stitch. The crochet cluster stitch adds texture and shape to a classic design like this. That’s why I love it so much. (Want a video tutorial on the cluster stitch? We have one in my Ultimate Crochet Stitch Library here 🙂
This would make an amazing crochet grocery bag pattern to take with you to the farmers market and on errands. This bag is also perfect for the beach as it’s an open stitch pattern. That means any sand you get in your bag will slip right out.
The crochet bag pattern is made using pima cotton yarn. It’s so soft and adds beautiful definition to the stitches. This crochet tote bag is made in a beautiful blue sea shade. And the base is made using a grey sand color. It’s like taking a little slice of the beach with me wherever I go.
Free tote bag patterns are great for summer presents, or if you’re getting ready to go on a trip. Learn how to crochet a bag to store your yarn. They’re great for that. Take it from me.
