Submission with Photos
$25 for your first accepted submission + $5/high quality photo (up to 10 photos), $50 + $5/photos for any subsequent articles accepted. All payments will be made through PayPal.
Submission with Video
$25 for your first submission + $20 for a video of tips, tricks & techniques that’s 3 – 10 minutes or less in length or $50 for a video between 10 – 30 minutes in length.
For any subsequent articles accepted, $50 + + $20 for a video of tips, tricks & techniques that’s 3 – 10 minutes or less in length or $50 for a video between 10 – 30 minutes in length.
Contributor Guidelines
- Content: All blog post submissions must be 600 words or more.
- Visual Media: high quality photos (800 px wide minimum) or videos. If you aren’t able to include visual media, imagery will be selected for you.
- Original Content: All submissions must be original and never publish elsewhere before. The article may not be used anywhere else until after the article has been published for 6 months or more. NOTE: we reserve the right to make editing changes to the post – although they will remain minor.
- Bio: Please include a short bio, one paragraph in length. Author photos are also encouraged.
How It Works
1 ) Apply to become a contributor for Ideal Me. Please fill out the form below and share a bit about yourself and your passion with us.
2) When accepted, you'll be connected with one of our editors and be assigned a project.
3) You'll create an outline for the project, blog post or video and get it approved.
4) Do your project and write it up or if you’re filming a video, you’ll send us the raw video footage.
5) We'll review the blog post or project and approve it or ask for revisions.
6) Once your post/project is approved your fee will be paid via PayPal.
